Every villa includes a 4 x 7 m pool, decking, landscaping, an outdoor barbecue area, a full interior furniture package, and an exterior furniture package.

Built on the island

Modular, steel-framed, storm-proof

The villas are built in our island factory, constructed in a modular format. They are then transported to the site and welded to the foundations. This method allows us to build and finish to 90%, then transport, and complete the remaining work onsite, with very little disturbance to existing villa owners.

The villa modules are constructed out of steel, and then timber framed inside the steel box. This creates a very strong, storm-proof capsule.

How ownership works

From deposit to keys

Choose

Choose the location you desire and a villa that fits your budget, then sign the sale and purchase agreement and pay a FJD $75,000 deposit into a trust account (moving to 10% once the final scheme plan is approved).

Build

Make progress payments as your villa is built.

03

Occupy

The final payment is due on the certificate of completion. Then use your villa privately, or place it in the hotel rental pool.
